In 2007, we contracted an independent consultant to produce an appraisal of our client base to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations. The audit consisted of a detailed 4-page questionnaire, asking clients to rate our performance on several factors, and the importance of each factor.

We are very pleased to say that the results were overwhelmingly positive.
